Kangwayan is a separate island off the northern coast of Madridejos, accessible by a short boat ride from the Poblacion pier. Known for its white sand beaches, coral reefs, and dive spots, it is one of the top tourist destinations in the Bantayan Island group. The island has its own barangay hall, health station, and elementary school.
