The Municipality of Madridejos is committed to making this website accessible to all citizens, including persons with disabilities, in compliance with the DICT Government Website Template and Design (GWTD) guidelines and WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards.

What we do to ensure accessibility

• Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (menus, buttons, forms) can be operated using a keyboard alone
• Screen reader support: We use proper headings, labels, and ARIA attributes so assistive technologies can interpret our content
• Skip navigation: A "Skip to main content" link is available at the top of every page
• Color contrast: Text and backgrounds meet WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements
• Alt text: All meaningful images include descriptive text
• Responsive design: The website works on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers
• Plain language: We write in simple, clear Filipino and English that is easy to understand

• Some PDF documents uploaded to the Transparency section may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve this.
