You usually need this for job applications, business permits, travel requirements, and other official transactions. The fee is ₱50.00 and you can usually get it within the same day.

Any resident of Madridejos who needs a clearance — for employment, business, travel, scholarship, or any other official purpose.

Requirements

Barangay Clearance (get this from your barangay hall first)
Community Tax Certificate / Cedula (available at the Treasurer's Office for ₱5.00 minimum)
2 copies of your 1x1 or 2x2 ID photo (recent, white background)
1 valid ID (government-issued)

You go to the Mayor's Office and submit your Barangay Clearance, Cedula, ID photos, and valid ID.

Agency Action

The staff receives and checks your documents to make sure everything is in order.
