Any resident of Madridejos who needs a clearance — for employment, business, travel, scholarship, or any other official purpose.
Requirements
Service Steps
Client
You go to the Mayor's Office and submit your Barangay Clearance, Cedula, ID photos, and valid ID.
Agency Action
The staff receives and checks your documents to make sure everything is in order.
Client
You go to the Treasurer's Office and pay ₱50.00 for the clearance fee.
Agency Action
The cashier receives your payment and gives you an Official Receipt.
Client
You return to the Mayor's Office with your Official Receipt and claim your Mayor's Clearance.
Agency Action
The staff prepares the clearance document, which is signed by the Mayor or an authorized signatory, then released to you.
